FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I dont have a standard price system . Most of the time I try to get as much detail before a price is given. As contractors we take time ,fuel , material, man power and expierence into consideration into giving a price .But I always give an honest price and always try to save my customers money when I can .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always try to meet them at no cost first so that they can see and feel whos gonna be in allowed in their home. Then I go over the project with the customer and see what they would like. I then will get details and maybe take photos of the project area. If its a basic or small project ,I maybe could give a quote on site. For the most part ,I usually go over the details overnight and call or email customers a quote the following day
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Dont always hire by low price . Try to meet the person first . So that you know whos being allowed in your home . Dont hire people that claim to know it all and who pressure you . Get to know the person first and trust your gut feeling . Hire someone who carry themselves properly, dresses decently and with a good attitude
