Jeremy I think was challenged on this job. Part of the job was out of his field of expertise. But he finished the job and it turned out great. The rest of the project also was done professionally and work turned out as we wanted it. I recommend Jeremy to anyone that is looking for a craftsman to do woodworking projects. Jeremy has help my family and I in many house projects from installing a new front door to rebuilding my back porch to just giving me advice when I was trying to build my own barn doors. I remember him putting in this gorgeous over the stove exhaust. He makes these beautiful flags I brag about to anyone that will listen. I've bought some flags for a family member who is a firefighter, My mother in law who loves Texas and my favorite a concealed gun case designed as the betsy Ross flag. This man is a great friend with great values and still teaches me a thing or two. If he says he can fix it or make it I won't have any doubt about it.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Everything is dependent on design, materials, and details. I enjoy working on all sorts of projects, and adding the Twisted Oaks finish to it, if the customer doesn't mind. Either way. I am open to take on any challenge.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get a thorough run down of what the customer needs and wants. If there is a particular look, I don't mind looking at a few different pictures of what they like in particular about each piece.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10 plus years of carpentry experience, and 6 years in Civil Engineering Structures department with Ft. Sam Houston. My job after that was 3 years as a facility manager at Randolph Air Base. I'm familiar with a wide range of structural issues in commercial and residential areas.
