- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very fair! I offer many services, more than a good few dog trainers!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to know your goal, what we are looking to achieve. All my evaluations are free and come with a 20 minute mini lesson, where I demonstrate how i work with the dog. It gives clients an idea of not only how i work but how the dog responds! Each client who books with me will also get a copy of a training plan within 48 hours of booking, so they can see what the process is and ask me questions they may have!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I raised and trained two puppies, to be service dogs for myself at different times of course. I’ve helped train friends dogs, and now after getting certified, I’ll happily be training your dog(s)!
