Had a leak in front yard and Armando contacted me letting me know he would be out 1st thing in morning. Long story short, pipe was fixed next day at very reasonable price. Would not hesitate to contact him again on any future issues.

The leak got fixed but I feel since my background has been in the rehabbing business and from other previous experience, that the job could have been done for less money. Over the phone I explained the issue and he quoted me way less that the final cost came to be. Some shortcuts were taken to keep cost down but still all in all the work that they did could have been done for the original quote hands down. The reason we went with this company was mostly because it had been leaking at just inside the meter by the street for almost 3 days, and they knew we were under the gun to get it fixed, they were here so we went with the more expensive quote. Be it other wise that we could have been without water for bathing, doing laundry, etc...we would have taken other quotes. And then after all this, he tells me he doesn't take checks...so off I go to the ATM to gather up the cash with him and his helper close behind. You think I was going to move away.
I have dealt with many contractors and do not recommend Texas Elite

Ok, we originally responded to this review almost 2 years ago but somehow the review got deleted. So here we are again responding to it. Originally, we were called by Mr. Don C. for a price quote on a leak he had on his front yard. The only issue he was able to explain to us was that he had a water leak on his front yard. He had no idea where exactly the leak was. He was given a price by Texas Elite and was also made aware that the price was only for a standard water leak repair and that it would change if the problem was more severe. He told us that he was going to shop around and get more price quotes. Later that day he called us back and said that he would hire us. We arrived to repair the leak and upon investigation discovered that it was directly under a tree. We explained to Mr. Don C. that if we repair the leak where it currently was. He would still have problems with it in the near future due to the roots growing and breaking the line again. We also explained to him that his best option was to reroute the line which consisted of several feet of excavation. We gave him a price on the reroute and he accepted it. He didn’t complain nor even make us aware that he felt it was too expensive. His water line was originally of pvc so we replace it with the same material. When the job was completed we had a talk with Mr. C. and asked him if he was happy. He said everything was fine. We also asked him If he would please leave us a review. He said that he had no problem with that. We were shocked to find out that Mr. C left us a negative review. We really wish he would have tried reaching out to us so we could have tried to work this out. As to us accepting checks, unfortunately we do not accept checks due to many encounters of non-sufficient funds and the debit card was not accepted due to the system being down. We thought this was already explained to him. Unfortunately it wasn't. The plumber and helper were not following him. They were headed in the same direction responding to another call. The interstate was right across the street from the ATM machine he said he was going to use. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and very sorry that he was not satisfied with our service. We really wish that he would have reached out to us to try and resolve this.
