In my experience, very professional company with good professionals working there. They diagnosed the electrical issue with my water heater, and then it was confirmed by another plumber that I called from the warranty. They sent a technician the same day as I said I was ready to complete the required repair. They are very thorough with their work. I didn't shop for prices, but based on the quality of their work, I don't feel like I've overpaid. Highly recommend.

The Problem Solvers entire team was very professional, knowledgeable, fair pricing, and also personable. They cleaned up their work along the way, never leaving one room with any dust behind before moving to the next area. Very clean, finished product and they also discovered an electrical issue I had going on while they were doing an outlet install and they repaired it without an additional charge. Highly recommend Problem Solvers for their electrical and chandelier install services. I will be rehiring when I’m ready to do my kitchen sink RO system, gutters, and another chandelier install.

They were very quick to come out and give me options. I wanted a GCFI changed out in garage, but Tony came in and explained to me that wasn’t the best option. He took the time to explain why and gave me some options. I appreciated his patience and giving me what I needed as well as giving the best options so I didn’t put my home or family in unnecessary harm. His crew came out and fast and was able to add an additional plug and replaced the original GFCI outlet that was damaged. Very pleased with their work
