Do not choice this girl for your party, she has too Bad manners, and aske lots of questions not in her business. If she told you she will come to your party, she will not come..

After multiple requests for date changes, time changes and no deposit I did let the client know although i would have loved to have done her party but knew i could not cancel other parties for her. She had plenty of time to find a replacement (6 days). This is the first party I have ever backed out of but sometimes you have to trust your instincts.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to know as many details in order to provide you with excellent service (ie. what time the party is starting, if there is a theme, how many guests you are expecting)
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If you are wanting full face paint and balloons i would recommend 3 hours for 20 kids, 2 hours for. 9-14, an hour for 1 to 8 children.
