- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is somewhat flexible. Packages are based on how many guests (receiving services) are you expecting. We budget approximately 4 minutes per face for face painting. Therefore, we paint 14-16 faces per hour. If you are asking for face painting and are expecting 30 guests to be painted, please allow 2 hours for face painting.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer communication in writing using Thumbtack, text and/or email. When the customer is comfortable, I certainly enjoy speaking with the customer on the phone. There is so much more that can be expressed with the voice rather than the written word.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do my best to stay current with children's trends and their pop culture. I attend local seminars, classes and national level conferences for entertainers, clowns, face painters and balloon twisters. I subscribe to specialty online programs that focus on tutorials of new techniques for both face painting and balloon twisting.
