I take pride in my work as does any other contractor. I do not raise the price out of nowhere. If there is a problem i will go out of my way to correct it. I am very thorough and bring the best prices around I love meeting new people and learning new things. I really enjoy what I do because when I'm done I can take a step back and really enjoy and take pride in the outcome. But the best part is seeing the big smiles on my customers faces when I am done.

Saul did a great job! He was very professional and punctual and made sure I was absolutely happy with his work. He painted a book in our living room and it turned out perfectly. He truly was a pleasure to work with and we would definitely use him in the future.

Saul did a great job replacing an exterior front door (including a new frame) at my mom's house. As with a lot of remodeling projects, there can be issues that arise especially when you are working with older homes. He worked right through it without a blink of an eye. He made a trip to Home Depot to pick up a couple of trim pieces that did the trick. And I might add that he has good taste and a great eye for the nice looking trim he picked out. We'll be contacting Saul again for future projects around the house.

My experience with Mr. Saul Conde was outstanding in almost every way. For the amount of time I gave him to finish all of the jobs I needed done (leveled floor, cut and installed laminate flooring, put up mouldings and put down quarter rounds, painted three rooms, (including doors and window sills and baseboards), cleared out back yard, mounted a HUGE mirror and TV, and extra odds and ends) he was fantastic!!! Mr. Conde was on time (or called if he would be late), was pleasant, friendly, and professional at all times, and worked with very few breaks; he did not waste time and by extension, my money. He was extremely fair in price. He was efficient and meticulous and explained a process when I wanted to know 'how to do something." I would say Mr. Conde went above and beyond for all of the jobs he did for our home and not only would I hire him again (and will soon), but will certainly be recommending him to my friends and family.
