I was needing an interior repaint of my home: Living room, 3 bedrooms and halls ...I had a couple of accent wall (navy blue). Since I was selling the home I needed all white. Many came out to give an estimate - which was way over bid...and they advised me how so much extra material and labor would be necessary in order to get what I was needed because of the accent walls.*** Then I met with Carlos (MMI HOME SOLUTIONS) ..not only did he walk me through the scope of work he also helped me by giving me a discount on the material (all brand new - not from a previous project). When he gave me his inital estimate I was happy with it, he included: the rate, work to be done, estimated date of completion and his personal cell if a problem should arise. This company did a WONDERFUL job. 100% satisfied...with quality, time of project completion and the crew :) Not only did it result in an awesome job but when he finished he advised me that within the week following I could contact him to scheduled a final walk thru should there be any adjustments or corrections that may have been over looked - there we none thankfully but it was nice to know that they take that extra time to concern themselves with the customers satisfaction. Also the owner / supervisor Carlos made sure the 3 man crew was equally as professional and as respectful as he. They would arrive punctually at 8am and leave only after cleaning the area daily. The project was estimated at 7-9 days, they finished it in 5 which was greatly appreciated. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE SEEKING HOME RENOVATION AND I WILL DEFINITELY HIRE THEM AGAIN FOR ANY PROJECT BIG OR SMALL. Satisfied Customer, Kris

1st make sure our client has a clear idea of what they wanting, 2nd make sure they have a complete understanding of what their request will Intel & require , such as materials cost & the time it will take to achieve. 3rd answer any questions they may have or address any concerns they may have.......last but not least to remember any type of project is a process & it takes time to come together , so have confidence in their contractor, & their dicision to hire them , a stress free work environment only yeilds the best results & as well as a pleasant experience for all

All the time, i make a conscious effort to attend any seminars that will help me & my employees perfect our crafts
