Unfortunately I broke my caps lock key, and it cannot reattach. But Vincent was able to help me when I came in and I explained to him the situation. For reference, I was also a customer in 2022 when my HP laptop wasn't going past the 'restarting' page (it kept rebooting). I came back to this shop because they were able to fix my laptop back then.Vincent was patient and kind and understood where I was coming from. He took the time to research if I can just buy the caps lock key off the web. Something that wouldn't make money, but he still researched it for me. He was able to find a website that sells the exact key from my 2013 hp laptop.I'm very happy that this shop fixed my laptop in 2022, and even in 2025 I can still depend on this shop. Thank you Vincent for helping me with my laptop issue today.If anyone has laptop issues, this shop is honest and has great prices. Just go here."See more
