- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No it's very simple. And no my prices do not go up with certain zip codes. I have enough complications in my profession without add any of my own.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Always. If you don't stay on top of new advancements you get left behind. How do I explain to a customer about a new technology if I don't know anything about it.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I found I liked doing things with my hands. I enjoy seeing the end product. I can still find some of my early projects around town back from the eighties and I feel a sense of pride that they're still going strong.
