David San miguel says, "Before going with Honeycomb, I got 4 estimates from different companies. Originally I was looking for the cheapest price and running with it. Although Honeycomb was not in the top spot price wise, I decided to commit to them. Just felt this company really cares about the customers and truly doing honest work. Aaron came by and did the estimate for us. He sat down and explained top to bottom on what he found and what was the best solution. He also showed passion on what he does and for what the company stands for.Angel, Manny, Sergio, and GilThank you so much for your hard work and dedication. Yall were awesome! They came in and worked efficiently as a team. 2 days they knocked out on removing the air duct system and insulation and also installing new air ducts and insulation. Angel showed me the before and after pictures and explained on what they did.I appreciate yall doing what yall do. Thank you Honeycomb for being professional and transparent. I joined their annual program about three weeks ago.The initial inspection went smoothly and was professional in every respect.The real test came this week when my system stopped working entirely at 12:30 on Wednesday afternoon. I called their scheduler Emily who promised to get to the technician as soon as possible.At around 2:30 she called to tell me that Zac was on his way to my house.Zac arrived around 3:00, diagnosed the problem - a dead blower motor - and located the part in Dallas.The part was shipped in Thursday and Zac arrived early Friday morning to install the blower.The system took all day to bring the house down from 94 to 77 but everything is fine now.This level of speed and service is extraordinary and I would not expect any organization to be able to work this well every time, but what a great first experience for building confidence and trust.Thank you Homefront!"See more
