Eric W. says, "I've had several things done by Drainworks over the last two years. I've had a water heater installed, I've had my entire sewer line replaced, and I've had a flow restrictor placed on my water line due to high water pressure. Each time they pay me a visit they are quick, accommodating, and honest. The flow restrictor really necessary because I was just below the max acceptable levels so their plumber actually let me know before they did any work. I went ahead with it anyway because I was preparing the house for sale and did not want it to become an issue. They are fairly affordable and as stated above , wont suggest work you don't need or try to up sale you. You can be sure you'll get a plumber at your door rather than a salesman."See more

What really stood out was the customer service — while waiting for the Carrier warranty part to arrive, they provided us with a window AC unit so we could stay comfortable in the meantime. That extra effort made a huge difference. Anthony was professional, transparent, and responsive throughout the process. Really appreciated the communication and support during a stressful HVAC issue. We ended up replacing our furnace. There was some mixed messaging between the technicians and the folks who answered the phone. When the technician first came out he indicated that he couldn’t re-create the problem so had trouble telling us exactly what we needed to repair. After getting several other quotes, we decided to replace the furnace altogether (it was old). The same guy came back and told us we should’ve just repaired it because we would’ve saved a lot of money. 🤔 In the end, we’re happy with the repair and the job that they did. I’d go with them again.

Joe did a fantastic job. First of all he diagnoised what the problem was, and what had to be done. He than gave me an estimate and asked if I wanted him to complete the job. He completed the job advised me on the overall status of my furnace which is 20 + years. Advised that I may need to consider a new system sometime in the future and gave me an estimate on a new system with 0% financing. No hard sell just information to be used if needed.

I was unable to be in the home while Albert working, but my SO was home when he competed his work. She said that he was very respectful and answered all of her questions. He was very diligent in insuring that all out furnaces were in working order before the upcoming winter season. From what I have discussed with my SO, I will have to recommend Albert and Military City Air for all my heating and cooling needs and will continue to hire him in the future.

Shocking review!! Read till the end. Called Apollo at 1 pm today, Wednesday afternoon. Had a furnace issue and saw that the temp was going to be 19 degrees in a couple of days and i had no heat downstairs. The owner Gabe got back with me within 30 minutes. I explained the situation. He was concerned about the dangerous weather and said his crew would be out today between 6-8, (SAME DAY!) Gabe himself showed up around 530 to let me know he had the part i needed and was dropping it off to his tech Saul, who was right behind him. Saul showed up right at 6, super nice guy. He got the repair done inside of 1 hour and even checked my other unit, even though i hadnt even asked him to. Who does that? I'm blown away by their service and will never call anybody else for HVAC. Nothing else to say. Jim M.
