I discovered my AC stopped working right after the Spurs lost game 2. I was already warm but the temperatures kept rising. Meanwhile, the animals were getting upset, and my son‘s leg cast was starting to develop moisture from sweat. I don’t think any of us slept, but we are now cooling down! David popped in and out in less than an hour. Oh, and he was like five or six hours early! 🙏 If you want to try them out, I have a little referral thing where you get 50 off and I get 50 off. I don’t know if you can message me on here but I think you can.

Anthony did a great job diagnosing and fixing our AC issue. We had a refrigerant leak causing poor cooling, and he quickly identified the problem, explained everything clearly, and got the repair handled professionally. What really stood out was the customer service — while waiting for the Carrier warranty part to arrive, they provided us with a window AC unit so we could stay comfortable in the meantime. That extra effort made a huge difference. Anthony was professional, transparent, and responsive throughout the process. Really appreciated the communication and support during a stressful HVAC issue. Anthony was amazing. Quick turnaround and efficient process all around. I contacted Sigma on a Saturday around 9am, a tech was at my house by 12. Professional, polite, and quite honestly the issue was something I should have caught myself but Anthony didn't make me feel silly for it. He took his time, thoroughly inspected everything to make sure there was nothing else wrong, and truly was so kind. 10/10 process from beginning to end, I know who I am going to call in the future and recommend from now on.
