the man at Sigma air are amazing but they haven't fixed my airconditioning yet it's still not working to correct way I think I need a different unit we're not sure what's going on it's not cooling in the afternoon please come out and see what you can do and you take care of it

I discovered my AC stopped working right after the Spurs lost game 2. I was already warm but the temperatures kept rising. Meanwhile, the animals were getting upset, and my son‘s leg cast was starting to develop moisture from sweat. I don’t think any of us slept, but we are now cooling down!
David popped in and out in less than an hour. Oh, and he was like five or six hours early! 🙏

Sigma responded quickly and had no issue with installing equipment that I had purchased from a third party.
The technicians arrived promptly for the appointment and gave me a more than fair quote for the replacement of the condenser unit and the cased coil and immediately went to work.
it took a bit longer than originally anticipated, mainly due to the need to run a communications cable from the air handler to the condenser unit.
The only slight issue that I encountered was the lack of proper sealing of the holes in the case of the cased coil for the copper lines and for the drain pipe. I did that myself with some foil tape and sealing compound.
I highly recommend Sigma for your HVAC projects.

We introduce ourselves, how long we have been in business, and the services we offer. We then ask the customer what service they are looking for. Most services can be quoted over the phone, but we always prefer to meet the customer in person so we can show them what we are recommending and why. We want customers to see with their own eyes so there is no questions or doubts later.
