- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Zooby is not trying to be the cheapest contractor in San Antonio. Our pricing reflects the level of preparation, materials, communication, workmanship, and warranty support we provide. We offer free inspections and clear proposals, so homeowners understand what is included before they make a decision. For roofing, painting, siding, and Zoobification, the final price depends on the size of the project, the condition of the home, needed repairs, access, materials, and the scope of work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a conversation and, when needed, a free inspection. We look at the roof, paint, siding, or exterior issue, document what we find, and explain what makes sense for the home. Then we provide a clear scope of work and proposal. Once approved, we schedule the job, protect the property, complete the work carefully, clean up, and walk the customer through the finished project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Zooby’s crews are trained in roofing, painting, exterior repair, surface preparation, product selection, and jobsite care. Our painting work includes proper cleaning, scraping, sanding, caulking, priming, and the selection of coatings for each surface. We also use quality products, including Sherwin-Williams paint, and follow a measured process so the work is built to last.
