There are two things that set Josiah apart from the rest: 1) He is willing to think outside the box and come up with creative ideas and 2) He is always looking to provide the customer with the best value and offer the most cost effective solutions. He refurbished my kitchen cabinets (vs. replacing, which saved me a boatload of $$$), replaced my backsplash, installed a new sink and dishwasher. I also hired him to replace my deck boards since the original boards were starting to rot. It turned out that the foundation also needed to be replaced, which added to the cost so we decided to decrease the size of the deck. As a result, I ended up with some extra deck boards for some additional projects that he took on wholeheartedly. He was able to design and construct an attached planter box/bench, as well as a special elevated walkway and sandbox for my blind dog who likes to explore and dig. He was very good about keeping in contact throughout the whole process and did a good job of balancing expedience with quality.
