Hired on Thumbtack

I had one of the best experiences I’ve had using Thumbtack. Derrick gave me exceptional service from start to finish. He assembled both my Secretlab chair and my large whiteboard, and the quality of his work was excellent.
He was very nice, professional, straight to the point, and took his time with everything. What I appreciated most was that he even checked extra things I didn’t know to look for and walked me through everything once he was finished. At no point did I feel like he was rushing to finish the job and leave.
It genuinely felt like having a friend come over to help you, except with the professionalism and experience to make sure everything was done correctly. Both my chair and whiteboard came out great, and I’m extremely happy with the setup.
I really appreciate Derrick’s professionalism, patience, attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond.
