- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I think I have some of the most affordable prices in town, so discounts are not really necessary but yet I still offer many kinds of discounts. my prices are not ment to make me rich off anyone person but because we have very little over head this allowed my to make money while you the customer is saving money and works out grate for all
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I come take a look at the project with the customer to get measurements and other info to best fit the needs of the customer then ill come up with a loose verbal estimate if it sounds good I ll send the real estimate by the end of that day and then to move forward ill order me aterials to be delivered from Lowes or home Depot and will not start till all materials are on site the ill send invoice to show the materials cost the customer has already paid to either supplier aboveas paid and I require half of t he e balance to start work and in most cases the balance on completion and if any add ons are present they shall begain only after the original invoice is Paid in full and we will start another invoice prosses.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 25 years ojt and hold an electrical license and certificate as well as OSHA 10&30 and basic first aid I have ten years of management experience and still attend college at st. Phillips college San Antonio
