- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am decent in my pricing and I'm fair. I do not believe in poking a customers eyes out and do offer discounts to customers who spread the word to others that succeed in hiring me!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin off with actually "Listening" to the customers problems with patience . Once the customer is done describing the issue ill have a dialogue on how long the problem has been happening and the steps they may have possibly taken already. Sometimes some people never listen to the customers and want to rush to the job and the problem is something minor! The key is listening and communication!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started not knowing nothing when my stepdad use to take me to do residential homes for about 7 years. I had hands on training with him and many others in multiple homes and 5 apartment complexes.
