I hired T-N-T Floors, last minute in preparation for the sale of my house. Amazingly, they were able to schedule me for the following day, and installed carpet in 2 rooms for a reasonable price. They were in constant communication with me and very fast , professional work. I’m definitely giving them all the stars.

T-N-T did a great job replacing the carpet in my upstairs game room and hallways with wood flooring. They were able to match and order the exact same wood that I have downstairs. I have had floors put in before by others, but T-N-T has done the highest quality install to date, and was very competitively priced. Jesus and his team were courteous and professional, and the job was finished ahead of schedule (which is unheard-of in my book). I found T-N-T here on thumbtack, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Phenooooooomenal! I requested a quote and Jesse arrived promptly the next day with a VERY reasonable quote. He stated he could start the next day at 9:30 and arrived promptly with Joe and an assistant. My old carpet and padding were already removed but my heavy furniture was scattered about. They moved my furniture out the way and proceeded to get the job done effortlessly. It took about 15 hours to remove carpet tacks; sweep; lay down padding; laminate and install 1/4 round; and replace furniture for almost 1000 sqft. I did have one minor issue with the 1/4 round installed not to my preference and Jesse ensured I was completely satisfied. Jesse, Joe and his assistant were professional, knowledgeable, expedient and most of all exceptional. The transitions from tile to laminate and laminate to carpet are seamless and I received a 2 year warranty to boot! My words are too humble to describe how PLEEEEEEASED I am! Thank you TNT Floors for your diligent expertise and outstanding service!

We are very pleased with TNT services. They installed carpet in three rooms, wood floors in main bedroom and laminate in other areas including stairs. They still have to come back to finish some part of the project but so far we are very happy with their job. Mr tello and his crew have a very good attitude. Always answered my questions and always replied to my calls.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
yes we do. every thing we do is already priced out. there is nothing we haven't done.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I go in and show them a ample space and do an actual measurement of the project. then I discuss there options for flooring needs and I show them samples. it normally takes about 30 minutes to an hour.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to college and I have been to mohawk university for training and I have been to the carpet mills for training and was certified by pergola and with natural stone and tile association certified for natural stone and tile..
