- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a few different program options depending on the level of support you need based on your goals. I offer monthly, 3 month and 6 month programs . I offer Virtual Personal Training, You can buy one session or a block of sessions I also offer customized nutrition and training programs that offer different levels of support, checkins etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When someone’s interested in working with me, I like to start with a quick Zoom or phone conversation. This gives us a chance to connect personally and talk through your goals, challenges, current lifestyle, and what kind of support you’re looking for. During that call, I’ll walk you through my program options, structure, and fees, so you can decide which plan best fits your needs and comfort level. Once you’re ready to move forward, I’ll send over an electronic contract and payment form. After that’s completed, I’ll immediately get you set up on my training app (accessible both on mobile and desktop). From there, you’ll receive a comprehensive health questionnaire so I can learn more about your background, preferences, and any specific considerations I need to account for. Using that information, I’ll begin customizing your program — including training, nutrition guidance, and habit support tailored to your goals. You’ll also have access to my calendar to easily book virtual personal training sessions, check-ins, or coaching calls, ensuring ongoing communication and accountability every step of the way.
