My original company the one that installed my AC system just three years ago provided poor customer service and tried to charge an outrageous labor fee, even though the part was still covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. As a local customer who has also invested in yearly maintenance plans, this was extremely frustrating. Jo took the time to listen to my situation, provided a fair estimate, and even waived their diagnostic service fee. When Andres arrived, he was incredibly transparent throughout the entire process and took the time to educate us on what was actually going on. I wasn’t just looking for a fair price I wanted professionalism and a better customer experience, and that’s exactly what I received. I read a lot of good reviews about them and decided to go with them for my project. They were also very knowledgeable and helpful. The day of installation they were at my house at the exact time I was told and were done way faster than I expected. After they finished, the cleaned up and stuck around to make sure no issues arose after they started the system up. The old man is deep into dementia. The techs that completed this project are extreme professionals, along with hard workers, staying after hours away from their families to finish this."See more

I joined their annual program about three weeks ago.The initial inspection went smoothly and was professional in every respect.The real test came this week when my system stopped working entirely at 12:30 on Wednesday afternoon. I called their scheduler Emily who promised to get to the technician as soon as possible.At around 2:30 she called to tell me that Zac was on his way to my house.Zac arrived around 3:00, diagnosed the problem - a dead blower motor - and located the part in Dallas.The part was shipped in Thursday and Zac arrived early Friday morning to install the blower.The system took all day to bring the house down from 94 to 77 but everything is fine now.This level of speed and service is extraordinary and I would not expect any organization to be able to work this well every time, but what a great first experience for building confidence and trust.Thank you Homefront!"See more

I've had a water heater installed, I've had my entire sewer line replaced, and I've had a flow restrictor placed on my water line due to high water pressure. Each time they pay me a visit they are quick, accommodating, and honest. The flow restrictor really necessary because I was just below the max acceptable levels so their plumber actually let me know before they did any work. I went ahead with it anyway because I was preparing the house for sale and did not want it to become an issue. They are fairly affordable and as stated above , wont suggest work you don't need or try to up sale you. You can be sure you'll get a plumber at your door rather than a salesman."See more

Cosmin was friendly and professional. After giving me a competitive estimate, he called three days later to give me an additional 5% military discount and threw in a 10 Year labor warranty. I advised him that I had received 7 estimates already and I'm sure that had an impact on the final estimate he gave me. I was very fortunate to have the blower stop working on my Single Stage 15 seer Trane heat pump in the OFF season (late January 2026). After 20.5 years of faithful service, I only had to replace a capacitor on this Trane prior to the blower motor dying. The price to replace the blower motor was $1,400 and this caused me to shop around for a different brand. After much research, I decided that Carrier's 23 seer Infinity was the heat pump for me. It took Cosmin's crew 3 days or 35 man hours to install this state-of-the-art heat pump, due to a tight closet installation. His crew installed 3/4 inch plyboard on top of the existing particle board platform and did extensive work in my attic since this unit was much taller than the old Trane. I have had no problems whatsoever in the 5 weeks since the install. I highly recommend the Comfort Reigns Group if you are in the market for a high-quality heat pump.
