Introduction: I am always early to be sure my clients or agents do not wait on me and allows me to do the outside of the home without requiring the client to be present for the full length of the inspection. I use the latest technology when I sense there may be some hidden defects i.e. humidity tester, arc-fault tester, GFCI tester, infra-red thermal imaging camera, tablet PC with very developed software, digital camera. All reports include digital pictures and thorough explanations. I include free follow-up to corrections made to the home if the owner wants me to verify that corrections were made to things shown on the report. I work first and last foremost for my client.
