    We offer discounts to Military, law enforcement officials and first responders.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Once the requested time and day is booked we will ask for property details contact info to confirm booking and price. Most home inspections take 2-3 hours to complete and you will receive a detailed report with pictures at the end of an inspection.

    Licensed by the Texas Real Estate commission as a Professional Home Inspector. Lic. # 22468 and a Certified Professional Inspector by InterNACHI, the leading trade organization of residential property inspections. NACHI #18032734.
