Introduction

I don't pick and choose what a client gets to know about the house they are considering...I show them all the findings. While it may take longer to prepare, I include LOTS of pictures in my reports. This makes it easy for all parties involved in the transaction to see exactly what the concern is. There is no need to sort through irrelevant check boxes and non-applicable comments. I provide my client with a report that ensures everyone is seeing the same thing and not guessing what needs to be addressed. I have no interest in the sale of the house I am inspecting. My only interest is providing my client all the information about the house so they can make an informed buying decision. Joe was very professoinal andextremely thorough, finding issues a previous home inspector didn't begin to mention. Unfortunately we didn't buy the home he inspected for us but we'll definitely be using his services for the next purchase we consider.

Joe was very helpful with giving me all the information I needed. Every question I had he answered it and even offered his own opinion. Purchasing my first home is a scary feeling especially when there's inspections involved. He's very knowledgeable and knows this stuff. Joe did an excellent job inspecting home. Joe was very thorough going through and explaining his finding during the inspection process. His report was complete and very finely detailed. Outstanding service. I'm a 22 year veteran Realtor representing a first time buyer through V.A. financing on an older home. Mr. Torres was very thorough to explain patiently his findings of the home inspections. He explain in a manner that gave the buyer ease as well as comfort level with his findings. His explanations were details, calm, and his approach never scared the buyer. He would explain the potential problems and follow with a possible remedy suggestion or suggest for a licensed tech within that field to re-evaluate for clearance (i.e. electrician, plumber, etc...) He didn't rush through and my buyer felt he had Mr Torres full attention. He had every tool needed to inspect... His digital inspection reports were provided via e-mail, reader friendly with lots of digital pics and in within 24 hours. He was equipped to take credit cards on the spot with his Pay-anywhere Software Program. Price was reasonable. And was very easy to get a hold off for an immediate inspection that was needed within 2 days. Consider Mr Torres.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I complete at least 16hrs of formal continuing education every year and attend numerous trade seminars. I am a Certified Pool Operator, Certified by the American Home Inspectors Training Institute, Certified by the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Hire someone that encourages you to be at the inspection...you shouldn't have to ask. If you are just looking to find out the headlines of a house, I am probably not your Inspector, if you want to know the whole story...then I AM YOUR Inspector.
