Inspect First Home Inspections

I don't pick and choose what a client gets to know about the house they are considering...I show them all the findings. While it may take longer to prepare, I include LOTS of pictures in my reports. This makes it easy for all parties involved in the transaction to see exactly what the concern is. There is no need to sort through irrelevant check boxes and non-applicable comments. I provide my client with a report that ensures everyone is seeing the same thing and not guessing what needs to be addressed. I have no interest in the sale of the house I am inspecting. My only interest is providing my client all the information about the house so they can make an informed buying decision.
