My inspections are based on square footage of the property.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Learning about customers is what makes a better contractor. I have many customers in my home repair business that have been customers since the beginning. Most of those customers were referrals from other customers.

I am old school union guy from the eighty"s, and have been in the industry my whole adult life. I also attended and graduated from America Home Inspector Training at UT Arlington as a professional inspector. Every two years I receive thirty two hours of C E.
