She did a fair job and it looked clean. The floors and counters are very dark color. Some countertops not wiped of dirt and a few dust bunnies around. Refrigerator clean. Windowsills and blinds in good shape.

I gave an extra star because the cleaning team were very polite, respectful, and professional. Unfortunately, my experience regarding the Deep Clean/Move-Out cleaning service provided was not good. I believe the poor cleaning was mostly due to inexperience and cheap/weak cleaning products. The company consist of a lovely family, husband/wife/ 2daughters The cleaners spent about 2 hours cleaning my vacant 5 bedroom/3.5 bathroom home. I specifically requested dusting prior to hiring. Upon their arrival I requested that they focus heavily on the baseboards, dusting blinds and window seal, and the master bathroom shower glass. When I returned to inspect and pay I noticed NONE of the base boards were cleaned, NONE of the kitchen and bathroom cabinets were wiped out, food residue was still in fridge, the shower glass still had residue, bits and pieces of trash was through the common areas etc. I pointed out these issues and they began to work them. I requested that wipe the windows and dust the a/c vents and fan. I was informed that their duster stick broke and they couldn’t dust anything. Approximately 1-2 hours later after a long day, I let them go. The next day I arrived to clean up behind them and noticed the kitchen counters weren’t wiped down, food was between the oven and countertops, the microwave vent above the stove was still caked with grease, no cleaning was done behind the toilets, a faint ring around the tub still existed and a lot of cleaning product residue was left throughout the house on the tile and grout. It took my husband and I 2 hours to clean up thoroughly behind them. It was not the greatest experience for me and I hope this perhaps will encourage the company to create a checklist of items to clean in each room so it won’t go overlooked or forgotten.
