- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
That we are not the cheapest and definitely not the most expense, our prices are very fair especially considering the quality, communication, experience and professionalism that we bring along with us. Coming from a military family, I've always had the utmost respect for our men and women who protect us and defend our rights . They sacrifice a lot in order for us live the lives we live. Therefore not only on Veterans day but ALWAYS we will make sure to give best pricing we can and discounts where applicable!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's really straight forward, we can share on of our other profiles where we have over 1700 cleanings with a rating of 4.9 out of 5. We always will work to satisfy the customer and end user. We basically start with gathering all the information we need on the project, if necessary we will ask for some pictures or a more details description of what is exactly required (general clean, deep clean etc...). Then we will send out what all is included (not limited to) the type of cleaning that is being inquired about. After that we can fine tune (add or remove) some of the services that will be provided for the cleaning that is being inquired about. And from there we will provide the final price OR a close estimate, after we agree to the pricing we schedule the job and complete it as described.
