Had a deep clean done before a party with some special request for certain items of focus. Our guardian completed those requests and more. She got in and set to work immediately. Communication via text with the service was quick and efficient and made coordinating while working a breeze.

Return response was excellent, however, the cost was exceedingly double what other cleaning services charge. We only have one Bedroom that is used, out of 3 bedrooms, Of course the others would need dusting,floor mopping, also one of these bedrooms does not have a Bed, only a sofa and end tables.

Good administration response. The guardian who serviced my home was pleasant upon introduction and did not share my same language so we were not able to directly communicate. My preferences were requested to be presented in text messaging which seemed to be translated well enough. Perhaps an intake form would be helpful to check boxes of favor from the selected checklists and add descriptions of important highlights in each area. I would like the options of air filter cleanings and changes as well as the mention of miscellaneous items I’d like to be given the guardians attention. One of my messages for the guardian was to give special attention to the floors and this message was promised to be expected, I liked knowing that. So when I went to review the floors in our fitness studio unfortunately they were not even swept much less sanitized. This will be a request I’d like to have acknowledged before I have them return as scheduled. I did like that they brought their own supplies I am used to more organic Cleaning products so I’m seeing how it turns out for me with the unknowns being used by this company.
