We offer flat rate prices - no surprises, no contracts, no agreements that you're stuck with. We offer discounts and will let you know how to apply them in our online booking platform.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The Maid Ops process works like this: - We send you a customized quote that will suit your needs. You can take advantage of our discounts and apply them to your booking. - Tell us where you want us to clean and what date and hour you want us to clean your house. - Book online your house clean with your credit card. - We charge your card after we complete the house clean. We can assess your house and see if you need anything extra to add to your order to have the best service possible. Example: if you need Deep Cleaning we can add it to your order and confirm with you that you want to proceed. - You will have a sparkling clean home for you to enjoy!
