We believe in quality over rushing through jobs, which means we take the time needed to properly clean and care for your home. To secure appointments, especially for deep cleanings or first-time services, we do require a non-refundable deposit fee that goes toward your total service cost. This helps us reserve your spot and protect scheduled time for both our team and our clients. We always aim to keep communication clear with no surprises and make sure customers know exactly what to expect before the appointment.
