FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It’s really important to see the property first. Talk to the customer to identify their needs and at the same time give them options of what I think is best for them about the cleaning
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Set a meeting to see the property and hear their needs. Ask the important questions like if they use some product in specific, if there’s something we can not touch, if they have vacuum (cause I don’t share vacuum with customers), how often they want the cleaning, what time of the day is better for them, how many people are living in the property, if they have pets… for me it’s important cause it’s going to determine not only the price of the cleaning but at the same time I learn how the customer likes things to be done at his property
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started with my sister in 2020, it was slow because of the pandemic but because of that we learned some things that now we do in all properties we clean. It’s important to disinfect not only to clean. There’s a difference.
