Shining STR displays the difference between a journeyman and a master; a previous cleaning crew did a poor job preparing my house for sale. Rob and his staff came to my rescue and not only re-cleaned the house to my expected standard, but he also went above and beyond by spending hours refreshing the wood trim all over the house. Rob and his Team was amazing! They did an excellent job on doing a move out clean. The House basically looked brand new after they were done. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is always flat-rate — we’ll never arrive at your property and rush the cleaning. What we quote is honored, and the job will be completed to your satisfaction. If you need services beyond a standard cleaning, such as light repairs, touch-up painting, caulking, or wood surface conditioning, we’re happy to provide a custom quote tailored to your needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We know that hiring a cleaning provider involves a level of trust, and we don’t take that lightly. When you reach out, we’ll talk through your needs, answer any questions, and make sure you know exactly what’s included before we ever show up. On cleaning day, we bring all of our own supplies and work efficiently to deliver the results you expect.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our background comes from over 20 years in the hospitality industry, working in everything from cleaning hotel rooms to leading teams and performing quality inspections for major hotel brands. That experience taught us the difference between “good enough” and true hotel-grade detail — and it’s the standard we bring to every home, rental, and office we clean.
