Amy is very responsive to communications on thumbtack. We had a little bit of a spat with our service and after some communication Amy made her way out to my house to get the job done right. We all have our hiccups from time to time but what I will always respect is someone who comes out and makes things right. That is what Amy did with our situation. Amy and her crew were really great! We hired them to come in and do construction cleaning on a new custom home build. They dug, scraped, scrubbed and more every square inch of the house to get it ready for move in. I saw her team meticulously clean crevice and corners. A new home construction cleaning can take 1-3 days, and her team was here, going over things 2 or even 3 times to make sure it was done right. Overall, I give them 5 stars, they were punctual, came when they said, price was fair and I would bring them back for our deep clean down the road. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I like giving flat rates so there are no surprises. Nothing irritates me more as a customer than paying hourly and not knowing how long it will take. We do not give hourly rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We are extremely flexible. We understand that people are many times unable to be there for whatever reason. We offer online payments, and also work with realtors if you are out of town. We also give an efolder of photos if you are not available.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I'm always reading about different cleaning tricks. I attend conferences specifically for this industry to make sure my company is best.
