Elizabeth was extremely responsive and agreed to our cleaning project less than 24 hrs in advance. She kept us posted regarding her arrival time and showed up on time. Even though her day was already packed with other jobs, she made time for us. Very friendly and professional. We were very pleased with her work.

She was very responsive and communicated well, which I appreciated. However, when she arrived to do a move out cleaning on our house, she was completely unprepared. I was a bit surprised by this as I had provided her with the square footage of the house and number of bedrooms and bathrooms when we first set up the cleaning. She also told me, at that time, that she has multiple people come to clean the house, so it doesn’t take as long. Then on the day of the cleaning, she told me she normally cleans by herself, although she did bring, I’m assuming, her teenage daughter to help. She also wanted to charge me an extra $100 over what she initially quoted me because it was bigger than she was expecting. She arrived 5 hours later than we had originally planned. However, this was due to her child being sick, and she did communicate this with me. Her cleaning seemed very rushed and was not very thorough. Her vacuum cleaner was broken, so it did not work well. After about 1 1/2 hours, she asked if it was ok to come back in the morning to finish because she did not have all the supplies she needed. However, we did not have her come back. We ended up borrowing some supplies from neighbors and purchasing others and cleaned the house ourselves. Overall, it was a waste of money. She may have just been having an off-day, but we were not satisfied with her services.
