First cleaning job is tomorrow. It is a deep clean. The price is fair. Hope all goes well tomorrow and if so, we will be having them do a byweekly cleaning for us.

I highly recommend You Got Maids! They did an outstanding job cleaning my home for my move-out. The team was professional, thorough, and paid attention to every detail. The place looked spotless when they were finished, which made the move-out process so much less stressful. If you’re looking for a reliable cleaning service, I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Thank you for the excellent work!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very competitve in our pricing and charge a fair price for the amount of in-depth cleaning we provide.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically like to meet the client and perform a walk-through of the home before giving an estimate. A "one size fits all" approach isnt realistic or in the best interest of the client or service provider. However. this isn’t always doable so we can do online estimates (esp. during COVID).
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our housekeepers go through Maid University where they receive extensive training and certification in our 52 point cleaning process. They then go through 8 weeks on-the-job training.
