- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
AAA Foundation Repair appreciates first responders. We provide discounts for Fireman, Police, EMS and Military. It's our way of saying Thank You for your service... Senior citizens get a discount too!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is typically the same and begins with an appointment to evaluate the foundation in order to determine a proper repair plan or if a repair plan is necessary. This is a brief overview: *Appointment/evaluation: gather info and elevations *Estimate/Contract: reach an agreement, collect the down payment, set start date *Phase 2 begins with 811 Locate *Info submittal to the engineer for the purpose of permitting IF necessary. *Permitting process is determined by the city jurisdiction and consists of coordinating multiple meetings and appointments with the Engineer, City Staff and Company. It can take 1 - 3 weeks to process the paperwork required to obtain a permit. *Work begins, the time to complete the repair depends on the type of foundation and the amount of repair needed. *Once repair is complete the remaining balance is paid. If required, inspections take place at this time as well.
