- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based upon what the customer is comfortable with. Never the same because I do not ever want my work to be a result of my pricing. I want customers to call me because they want the quality I provide and they know my pricing is already more than competetive
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with them prior to starting the project and let them know that my primary objective is to perform their current work request in a timely manner and at a quality level and competitive price, in order that they will recommend my services to family members, coworkers,etc. I look to establish a long term relationship based upon the customers satisfaction with my work
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Constantly. Lifetime member of Handyman Club of America and subscriber to approx. 9 different monthly periodicals related to my trade
