I will start by saying that at the end of the job the work was pretty good and he was willing to match competitor pricing. The end result was a great value. The path to get there was frustrating. Julian will expect you to walk behind him and point out the things that need correcting. He also expects to be paid promptly but is not prompt on meeting deadlines. His time management is poor to the point of nonexistent. We also paid for the materials up front because there was an issue paying him through conventional means (we didn’t have Apple Pay and PayPal wasn’t cooperating). Since we paid for the materials up front when there was a return or needing to purchase more materials Sherwin Williams was having to call for the card number again. He told us 5 to 7 days, and it took 10.5 days. If you are not on a deadline, this is your guy. If you are on a deadline, it will be frustrating.
