The customer will need to know that our pricing involves the material needed coats of paint given and warranty of our job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introducing ourselves thank them for giving us a chance to come out and give them a free estimate, also explain the process of our work and explain to them in detail what we will be doing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 7 years of painting and lots of experience with customer service which is very important when talking to a customer.
