- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In the painting industry pricing is determined by if you need drywall repairs, if you want texture applied, what type of paint you will be using, and from there the work is billed on a per sq feet bases.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We gather information about the customers request and provide an estimate. If the customer decides to hire us we agree upon a day and time frame to come out and begin services. We normally require half down to start and the remaining half upon completion. We both review an agreement to make sure everyone is on the same page as to what is to be completed, and both parties sign off on in agreement. If the customer has us come out for an estimate and decides not to hire us then nothing is owed as all of our estimates are provided at no charge.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Braun Painting provides interior and exterior painting/staining/texturing of homes, and businesses. We apply stains to decks, porches and cabinets, and repair drywall/sheet rock when needed. Prior to staining a deck/porch or painting an exterior we provide pressure washing services, and sanding as needed to remove debris prior to attempting to paint/stain. We want to make sure that our paint/stain is adhering to the proper surface, and not debris.
