We hired Mark for concrete slab removal. Overall very impressed. Great communication, great pricing and the quality of work was A+. He completed the work over the course of a few days which was great for our schedule (evenings.) There are very few people on this app like Mark and we will absolutely hire him again and refer him to our friends. Never had to worry about when he would show up or if the job would get completed to our satisfaction. 10/10

Mark completed a lockout that required a crew of 30 people for our company. They spent the whole week clearing out an entire home (over 4,000 sq ft that was completely filled with items) and put everything into storage safely and neatly.
He really went above and beyond any expectation we had. This was a major job and he handled everything professionally the entire time. I could not be more please with the work done here and absolutely recommend him for any move out or junk removal!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of my customers say I am very reasonably priced, even under the market rate. I provide an affordable and excellent service because I like to help folks.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I communicate well with the customer by message, text or phone to let them know what day I will arrive and when I am on the way. I also ask at the end of the job if there is anything else I need to do and if the customer is satisfied. I don’t leave until the customer is pleased with my work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Real estate since 1993. Customer service in sales plus over 3 years with Thumbtack.
