- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each project is different and pricing will be determined by the size and difficulty of the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to set up a free consultation to get an idea of what the customer wants and to explain the process that will take place. If meeting in person is not possible before the work is to start I like to email and text.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been remodeling homes for the last 10 years and have gained a lot of hands on experience. I was also enlisted in the United States Air Force for 6 years and received countless hours of training on time compliance, safety and customer satisfaction. When my contract with the Air Force was over I attended San Diego State University for a degree in Mechanical Engineering. With 10 years of experience, military training and a formal education I have acquired the knowledge and tools to work efficiently, effectively and at a high quality standard.
