- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know that my pricing is about 2 main things first being I’m not trying to get rich off of one client so I price fairly and second being my prices are always negotiable I encourage negotiation because I care about clientele more than a few bucks. A compromise is something that is agreed upon by both and that’s how it always should be!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new customers my typical process is 3 things communication, getting to know one another and understanding where we both stand… These 3 things have nothing to do with the job itself and I like to keep it that way because getting to know and understand your customers is 10x more important on building a relationship and a business than the job itself!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for JB Outdoor solutions for 3 1/2 years with a trained professional!
