Earthgrown Werx

EarthGrown Werx was founded jn 2016 and has decided to take a leap and join the thunbtack platform. I started this company because after 20 plus years in this industry, I was not enjoying my career which means i wasnt enjoying my life. i started at the bottom of he food chain in this industry pushing a weed eater for 12-13 hours a day, 7 days a week, and worked my way through the trenches.I was a quick learner in this industry and never turn around. After a few years of being in the trenches i was able to work my way up to forman of the lawn truck, then to forman of the landscape delartment and eventually to company manager which was definitely rewarding and enjoyable. However this is where the problem arose. It became obvious that most people in this bussiness dont know the scope of work and not many know the bussiness side of this industry niether. I guess i would say when it became a very obvious thing that i cared more about the customers of the people i worked for then they cared about there own customers, I had to make a change. That change was the first day of EarthGrown Werx. When i started EarthGrown Werx i made a promise to myself that I would not be that guy. I would give customers what they pay for and what they deserve. if i didnt know how to do something that they wanted i would not take the job just to get there money. I would not let my guys run my company while i played golf as most owners do. But most importantly I would be at every job and see it through I would not only take pride in my work but also have appreciation for my customer's, unlike anyone I had ever worked for. I thought about it and said to myself, from this very moment untill the last, my focus in this industry, is to not only make Happy lawns but also Happy custoners.
