Chris responded very quickly to my inquiry. When discussing prices for my doggy door install, he was very transparent and did not take advantage of my thoughts of the door being large vs the medium that it was. He made suggestions on placement and did caulking that I didn’t consider. Cleaned behind himself. Overall I would definitely recommend and happy I didn’t butcher my door attempting a self install!

Review for Squared Away Handyman I cannot recommend Chris highly enough! My daughter, a young adult living away from family, needed some repairs, and finding someone trustworthy was our top priority. From the moment he arrived, he was respectful, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. Not only did he complete the work flawlessly, but he also took the time to ensure my daughter felt comfortable and safe throughout the process. His protective and caring nature was truly reassuring for us as parents. It’s rare to find someone who not only excels in their craft but also prioritizes customer care the way he does. The dog door he installed was not a “usual” one someone would see. He was willing to reach out the creator and get assistance in real time to adjust the item to fit flawlessly. His work was above reproach—everything was completed with precision and skill, and he went above and beyond to ensure everything was in perfect order before leaving. If you’re looking for a handyman who is both talented and trustworthy, look no further than Squared Away Handyman. Contacted Squared Away Handyman for a completely different reason as I needed help putting together some furniture I had purchased but I ended up hiring them to fix my dryer that went out as I am clueless when it comes to appliance repair. Chris ordered the part needed and when it came in he came over to install it. He also went above and beyond to fix my dryer vent hose connection that didn’t get hooked up correctly by the movers I had hired 3 weeks earlier. I will definitely be using them to come and put my furniture together as well as anything else I may need done around my condo. Chris was very professional, responsive and showed up when he said he would and I so appreciate his workmanship and fair pricing. Thanks again for all that you do!
