- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We promise our customers the best deal out there. We offer rewards for any referrals sent our way. Pricing will vary from job to job. We may give flat rates rather than charging hourly on certain jobs. Overall we are known for great pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to set up a time where we can meet with the customer and do a walkthrough of the home being moved. Although sometimes the customer is not available for a walkthrough, we have them send pictures to our cellphone and we discuss items being moved. We remind new customers to please visit our website & to learn more about us before conducting business.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 2 years experience with local/long distance moves. We have many tricks in our book to make your move easier. We can disassemble/assemble just about any item that needs to be transported to your new home. We are very safe with every item we move & take every precaution.
