Charles was great with communications; we had an established time but he contacted us on the day of to come earlier which worked. The type of automotive work performed is one that I have done routinely as an auto enthusiast; he was thorough in marking finished products just as I am. I was pleasantly surprised with the speed in which he accomplished the work as well, while torquing every nut and bolt to manufacturers specifications, I’m a stickler for that detail. Suspension components were replaced: tie rod ends, struts, end links. Awesome experience!
