We recently moved a lady out of her nursing facility. She was not happy with the quality of living. When I discussed with her the amount of boxes and furniture she needed moved I gave her the best quote and offered more than 2 persons moving her which she liked. When we arrived she had about 100 more smaller boxes than she informed me about originally. I discussed a small charge and she was very happy.
