The two gentlemen Jacob and Jeremiah were wonderful very respectful as well professional. They did their best with to get all my fully furnished 3 bedroom house into this small box car size moving truck. I stated to the young men why such a small truck. It took them more time trying to Tetris my stuff in that small truck. I was told that it was the only size truck the owner has. I contacted the owner about the small size truck he sent the young man in to tell him that all of my things didn’t fit. He stated to me that they have moved 3 to 4 bedroom houses in that truck. I didn’t believe it for one second. Well now I see how you beat your customers over the head. He even tried to make me believe what he what he was saying. I went with this company because the owner said the was new. I try my best to help new small businesses. Well come to find out he was just new to thumbtack. I should have went with my first mind and the first company I reached out to. It’s clear to say never again.
