- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you are looking for references please Visit Depending on the needs of the customers we will provide a hourly rate and/or a flat rate for the requested services. 2 Hour minimum charged for all services. Hourly rates are charged based upon size of crew & apartment / home size. Household moving rates starting at $97 per hour ($79/hr when moving an item within home) Full Moving rates with moving box truck starting at $147 on weekdays Monday- Thursday depending on size of home /apartment Weekend rates starting at $150- depending on size ****All physical loading and unloading services include two men**** Commercial moving rates starting at $157 when moving equipment or furniture within commercial building Standard Trip truck services fees ranges $75 -$120 depending on truck size and distance Trip fee by car $50 ******Standard Travel time will be charged to and from all locations****by the hourly rate****** Travel time by definition 30 minutes each way- we do not charge for traffic, only a standard one hour charged. Additional stops $30/$60 per stop Owners /Representatives must be present during moving services. If Crew are unable to access home a $50 charge will be assessed for moving services & $25 for all other services. Reassemble/ Disassemble $25 per item $150 for - COI showing companies as additional insured at $1 million for general liability. Large excessive oversized items $150
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we first want to know what the customers needs and expectations are: Service(s) needed/required (Packing/moving/hauling, etc.) Expected timeline for job completion Preferred Move/Date time 3 Easy steps and we will have you all set up: 1.) Once we establish the required scope of work, we will offer the customer our availability windows based upon the clients schedule 2.) Customers will provide all pertinent details (physical address/email/phone number) 3.) The last step to confirm your appointment is pay a deposit
